THE NEED

Most volunteer organizations require a minimum service period of six months. A great majority, however, is willing to serve but cannot commit to long-term volunteer service.
SERVE Humanity, Inc. is a non-stock, nonprofit, nongovernmental, and nonsectarian service organization that will cater to the volunteer spirit of this great majority.
SERVE Humanity will cater to students and working professionals who desire to engage themselves in active volunteer service but cannot leave their ordinary day-to-day existence to join formal volunteer organizations requiring a minimum of six months of service.
SERVE Humanity will also provide first time volunteers with a glimpse of volunteer work without requiring them to completely leave their comfort zones.
Activities will vary in duration, ranging from one up to 14 days long. Events will be scheduled on Sundays, holidays, and other days when the general membership are free/available.

The world is full of hopeless, sin-sick people looking for a reason to live. By offering our time, talents, and skills in selfless, meaningful service we are in fact serving the Lord and at the same time, reflecting His rays of hope, healing, life and love towards our neighbors.
The challenge is to share the good news of God’s love with humanity through volunteer service.
OUR VISION
To be a global service organization that reflects God’s rays of hope, healing, life and love towards all humanity.
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES NETWORK (VON)
SERVE Humanity will serve as a recruitment and coordinating pool for volunteers who will render “acts of love” in various forms… These volunteers will render service hours for SERVE Humanity’s affiliate service organizations. Volunteers will pick what organization(s) they want to serve and what manner of service they are to render. SERVE Humanity will partner with different service organizations and foundations, such as the Habitat for Humanity, among others.
DISASTER RELIEF AND RESPONSE (DRR)
TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION
SERVE Humanity will support and encourage participation in and/or conduct trainings in the following Red Cross courses:
1. First Aid
2. Basic Life Support - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
3. Water Safety (Swimming, Aquatic Lifesaving & Lifeguarding),
4. Accident Prevention
5. Training of Trainers
6. other basic rescue courses
SERVE Humanity will award scholarship grants for the above-mentioned trainings to deserving members.
ACTION RESPONSE TEAM
This action response team of trained SERVE Humanity members will coordinate with emergency response organizations and respond to actual disaster & relief operations.
LIVING IN FULL EXUBERANCE (LIFE)
P r i m a r y H e a l t h C a r e a n d F i t n e s s
SERVE Humanity will conduct health care and fitness related trainings and seminars and organize and engage in activities that promote good health.
FIGHTING INDIGENCE AND ILLITERACY THROUGH TRAINING (FIT)
E c o n o m i c D e v e l o p m e n t a n d E d u c a t i o n
SERVE Humanity will conduct livelihood and entrepreneurship related trainings and seminars and organize and engage in activities that are geared in helping individuals and communities become financially independent.
SERVE Humanity will also conduct special educational programs for financially-challenged individuals.
SERVE Humanity will screen applicants for the CARLOS SAN JUAN ANIAG SCHOLARSHIP GRANT.
HELPING OTHERS PREPARE FOR ETERNITY (HOPE)
SERVE Humanity will provide activities that will promote the following:
1. Spiritual growth
2. Spiritual upliftment
3. Moral recovery
4. Values formation
